What it Means to be a REALTOR
A REALTOR is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Lynn Avey has been a full-time Realtor for 15 years--all with the same brokerage firm (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate was formerly Prudential Great Lakes Realty). She has consistently been awarded for her sales productivity (top 3 percent of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices REALTORS nationally) and her high customer satisfaction ratings. Lynn uses the same high standards she has for her life in her real estate career with following the "Golden Rule" among her top life strategies. She credits organization, professionalism and a results-driven attitude with her success. Lynn's main sources of clientele are referrals from past clients, other realtors and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Relocation Network. She is g-certified (government clearance), is an Associate Broker, ABR, SFR and has passed all of the relocation modules to work with any major relocation company. Lynn has extensive experience is the counties of Oakland, Macomb and Genesee, specifically Clarkston, Davisburg, Holly, Lake Orion, Oxford, Rochester Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Grand Blanc and many other areas. Lynn lives with her husband, and 21 year-old daughter in Davisburg. She was graduated from Central Michigan University with honors, earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree.
